For most residential projects like garage cleanouts, bathroom remodels, or small landscaping jobs, a 15-yard dumpster works great. Larger renovations, roofing projects, and multi-room cleanouts typically need a 20-yard. Major construction, commercial projects, or whole-home cleanouts may require a 30-yard. Our pricing is simple and transparent: a flat delivery fee plus $55 per ton of disposal. Most residential projects total between $250-$500. You only pay for what you actually throw away — we provide a dump receipt for full transparency.

Our standard rental period is 7 days. If you need more time, just call us! We offer flexible extensions at reasonable rates. We know projects don't always go as planned.

You can dispose of most household items, furniture, appliances, construction debris, roofing materials, yard waste, and general trash. Items NOT allowed include: hazardous materials, batteries, paint, tires, chemicals, refrigerants, and medical waste.

We'll place the dumpster on your driveway, in your yard, or on the street (where permitted). Just let us know your preferred placement when you book. We recommend plywood under the dumpster to protect your driveway.

If the dumpster is placed on your private property (driveway or yard), no permit is typically needed. If it needs to be placed on a public street, you may need a permit from your local city. We can help guide you through the process.

We don't have strict weight limits — you pay per ton for disposal at $55/ton. We weigh your load at the certified dump facility and you'll receive a receipt showing the exact weight. No surprise overage fees.

Absolutely! Most customers load the dumpster themselves at their own pace during the rental period. Just don't fill above the fill line (the top of the container) for safe transport.
