A private roll-off rental and a community cleanup program are different arrangements. Confirm permission for your proposed spot, including any shared property or association rules. Compare 15, 20 and 30 yards based on the actual items and space needed. A few large pieces may take more room than many small boxes. Icon’s 10-yard concrete container is too shallow for ordinary garage or household junk and is not a cleanout option.
Weight above the included allowance is billed at $60 per ton. The 15- and 20-yard rentals include one ton; the 30-yard includes two. This does not override material restrictions or the maximum permitted load. Tell us about dense debris before loading so we can advise on an appropriate plan.
